If Music Is Not Heard

Rom 10:10 "... For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.
But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.
But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.
But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.
11:1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying,
Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.
But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal..." Rom 10,11.
"... Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him...."
" .... He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation?...."
"....Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the LORD..."
"....For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee.
In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer
,.." Isa 53 - 54.
"....Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:...Eph 1:3-11.

How Shall They Believe In Him?
CM
There is a time ordained to preach-
And a time to forbear;
Just as far as God's Will does reach,
Where heirs of Good News are.
For it must come in word and power,
Word only will not do;
Christ's Spirit here, must on these shower
-They, whom it is sent to.
- Only appears as word of man,
Without God's sovereign Power;
Though they strive and preach all they can,
With zeal here forever.
Shall they believe Him, they've not heard,
Or hear without an ear?
They first must have the Living Word,
The Gospel, they can hear.
God's word in nature has gone forth,
To all the ends of earth;
As far as south is from the north,
To those of earthly birth.
A nation chosen after flesh,
The Gospel could not know;
Until they're born again afresh,
-God's Spirit on them blow;
Like Isaiah, we're very bold,
Against these do declare;
Our faith and love in Christ is told,
In us, His arm's made bare.
To make His grace and mercy known,
'Twas His choice, not their own;
To all the heirs, He thus has shown
He found them, when alone.
To all the rest, His Hand's stretched forth,
What nature may present;
But only Christ can show His worth
To God's present remnant.
For God has never cast away
His people He foreknew;
And still continues to this day,
To save His favored few.
Like Elijah, we stand in awe,
With him, we hear Christ say:
"I have reserved those I foresaw",
A remnant in this day.
To Baal's image, they will not bow,
For they are called by grace;
- To mix works with grace, can't allow
From none of Adam's race.
So Jew and Gentile, all alike
Are found in unbelief;
The fatal hand of sin did strike,
From which there's no relief;
God's judgments are unsearchable,
His ways past finding out;
For sin, in Christ we find double,
And now we sing and shout.
